Refund Policy:
While Handy Hawks Home Services LLC does not offer a monetary refund, all of our work is backed by a 14-day labor guarantee. The labor guarantee includes one free return visit to correct any issues. The return visit must be booked within 14 calendar days of the service completion date (not the invoice date). The return visit date requested by the customer must be agreed upon by Handy Hawks Home Services LLC. There is a 1-month time limit for the return visit schedule date, as long as it is agreed upon within 14 Calendar Days of the service completion.

For example: If the service is completed on the 1st of the month, and a return visit request comes in on the 13th of the month, it is valid. The return visit can be booked for any time within 1 month of the date the Return Visit Request is received.
Requirements for Return Visits to be Accepted: The customer must produce time-stamped photo or video documentation that clearly shows the stated issue/defect with the work received. The issue/defect must be clearly explained, in reasonable detail, via email, sent to info@handyhawkshs.com with the subject Return Visit Request.
What to Include in the Email: The email should contain the customers name, best contact phone number, service address, service date(s), a reasonably detailed description of the issues/defects, and the required time-stamped photo/video documentation.
