What Does It Cost to Hire Handy Hawks?

Interior Painting: We prioritize clean lines, proper surface preparation, and minimal disruption to your home.

  • Single Wall / Accent Wall: $250 – $450

  • Small Room (e.g., Bedroom, Bath): $500 – $950

  • Large Room (e.g., Living Area, Open Floor Plan): $1,000+
    Note: Includes professional taping, protection, and premium paint application. Cost varies based on wall height, ceiling requirements, and existing surface condition.

Exterior Painting: Protecting your home from the Florida sun and salt air is one of the best investments you can make for your property’s longevity. We focus on proper washing, quality primer application, and precise paint coverage.

  • Front Door & Trim Refresh: $350 – $600

  • Small Exterior Project (e.g., Garage doors, shutters, or partial trim): $600 – $1,200

  • Full Home Exterior (1-Story, standard size): $2,500 – $5,000+
    Note: Includes power washing to remove mildew, surface scraping, caulking, and two coats of professional-grade exterior paint. Exact pricing depends on home square footage, number of stories, and current condition of the siding.

Pressure Washing: We restore curb appeal and prevent long-term damage from our Florida humidity and mold.

  • Driveway & Sidewalk Bundle: $250 – $450

  • Full Exterior House Wash: $400 – $800

  • Patio / Pool Deck: $300 – $600
    Note: We use professional-grade equipment adjusted for the surface—safe for concrete, pavers, and siding.

Flooring (LVP, Laminate, & Tile): We specialize in luxury vinyl plank (including glue down), sheet vinyl, and ceramic/porcelain floor installations. Whether you're looking for the durability of LVP, the budget friendliness of sheet vinyl, or the classic aesthetic of tile, we ensure a rock-solid foundation by focusing on subfloor preparation, proper leveling, and clean, professional transitions.

  • Small Space (Closets, Entryways, Bathrooms): $400 – $1,500

  • Standard Living Area (approx. 200–400 sq. ft.): $1,300– $3,500

  • Multi-Room / Complex Layouts: $2,500+

  • Tile – Small Space: $750 – $1,500

  • Tile – Standard Living Area: $3,000 – $8,000+

  • Note: Pricing includes underlayment/thin-set, professional cuts, and finishing trim/transitions. For projects requiring the removal and disposal of old flooring, a separate haul-away fee applies. We are happy to provide a custom project quote after a site assessment.

General Handyman Services: From minor repairs to fixture installs, we handle the tasks that keep your home functioning.

  • "Small Job" Minimum: $250 (Our base trip charge for any single-task repair)

  • Fence / Gate Repair: $250 – $1,000+

  • General Repair/Assembly Projects: $250 – $500 per session

  • Drywall Patch / Replacement: $250 – $500
    Note: For complex, multi-task projects, we are happy to provide a detailed project-based quote after a site assessment.

Cleanout / Junk-Removal: We will get that space cleaned out and ready for the next step; Whatever that may be.

  • Garage Cleanout: $400 – $1,200

  • Yard Clean-Up (Standard Residential Lot): $600 – $1,500

  • Whole-Home / Severe Cleanout: $1,500 – $5,000+

  • Note: All services include a basic clean-up (sweep, leaf blow, light dusting). All prices include haul-away service. 

Realtor / Landlord Property Maintenance: We understand the real estate business. For Realtors, we provide high-speed, high-quality turnarounds to get your listings photo-ready. For Landlords, we act as your reliable boots-on-the-ground for routine maintenance and tenant turnover.

  • Pre-Listing Property Refresh: Starting at $400

    • Includes: Touch-up painting, minor drywall repairs, fixture tightening, caulking, and deep cleaning the exterior/entryway to boost curb appeal.

  • Rental Property "Make-Ready" Turnaround: Custom Quote

    • A comprehensive punch-list service between tenants. We handle the wear and tear so you can re-list immediately.

  • Routine Landlord Maintenance: Ask about our "Partner" Rate

    • Need a reliable tech for ongoing unit repairs? We offer a preferred scheduling priority for our recurring property management partners.
